Lou Frischling passed away on Sunday morning, Dec. 9, 2007. He was the co-founder and business leader of Lipo Chemical Inc. for over 45 years.  Lou loved the cosmetic and personal care industries and thrived on its dynamic business environment and the many personal relationships he found in business.
